Become a Volunteer
We are so glad that you are interested in getting registered as a volunteer! Please follow the steps in order below to get started.
Note: we cannot have volunteers help in any way without completing all of these steps and your background check being fully processed internally. The sooner these steps are completed, the better!
1. Complete the online form below. Be sure to list a good email that you check, as that is our primary way to connect with you!
2. Complete the following paperwork, which is the Volunteer Application. Please be sure to pick the correct file (minor vs. adult)
3. Once you have fully completed the document above, scan this as a PDF and email it to vickersrc@comcast.net and somdfc@gmail.com or click here to start the email.
To be comprehensive, the following completed documents should be emailed: Volunteer Application, Minor Reference form (if applicable), Communicable Diseases Waiver (CDW), and proof of Concission training.
Please note, it may take some time to process this paperwork, as it is a manual process. Please wait two weeks before sending a follow up email to check the status of your submitted paperwork if you have not heard from anyone.
Note: after scanning all of this paperwork, it is your responsibility to keep the originals for three years, which is how long they are valid for.
4. Complete this form as many times as you need to make sure all of your emails are added to our county email communication system. There is no limit on how many times you can submit this form, we just ask that you enter one email per submission.
5. Be sure to check your email for updates on your medical and announcements to register for upcoming sports!
