We are so glad that you are interested in getting registered as a volunteer! Please follow the steps in order below to get started.
Note: we cannot have volunteers help in any way without completing all of these steps and your background check being fully processed internally. The sooner these steps are completed, the better!

2. Complete the following paperwork. All perspective volunteers are required to complete the Volunteer Application. If the applicant is under 18 years old, they must also complete the Student/Minor Reference Form. Everyone must complete the protective behaviors document.

Take the Protective Behavior Training Quiz at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/PBTrainingQuiz. Be sure to click the DONE button at the bottom of the page. Save a screenshot of the “PASSED” page. You need to submit this screenshot with your completed application.

To be comprehensive, the following completed documents should be emailed: Volunteer Application, Minor Reference form (if applicable), Communicable Diseases Waiver (CDW), and proof of Concission training.
Please note, it may take some time to process this paperwork, as it is a manual process. Please wait two weeks before sending a follow up email to check the status of your submitted paperwork if you have not heard from anyone.
Note: after scanning all of this paperwork, it is your responsibility to keep the originals for three years, which is how long they are valid for.
